Website accessibility
We aim to make the website’s information and services usable by people with different needs and ways of interacting.
Our approach
The website is developed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its target. Accessibility is provided through semantic markup, keyboard operation, clear labels and sufficient contrast, not only through an optional display panel.
Supported features
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus and a skip link to the main content.
- Semantic headings, page regions and status messages for system screen readers.
- Larger text and spacing, high contrast, underlined links, states distinguishable without relying on colour alone, and reduced motion.
- User-controlled browser narration of the main content, with start, pause, resume and stop controls.
- Separate Ukrainian and English versions that preserve the current page context.
Known limitations
The accessibility of editor-uploaded content depends on meaningful alternative text and a sound content structure. Narration availability and voice quality depend on the browser and voices installed on the device. We review such materials and correct identified barriers.
