How the Rotary Club Kharkiv Independence website handles information voluntarily submitted by visitors.
Information we receive
Through the contact form, the website may receive a name, email address and message. This information is used solely to respond to the enquiry and organise further communication.
Technical information
To protect forms from abuse, the server temporarily uses an irreversible cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored in the contact-request database.
Analytics and cookies
After you consent, the website loads Google Tag Manager and may send Google Analytics technical information about viewed pages, site language, device type and approximate location. Names, email addresses and enquiry messages are not sent to analytics. You can refuse or change your choice through Cookie settings.
External interactive map
AIR Threat Map loads only after you select the relevant button. Your browser then connects to GitHub Pages, the map API and external providers of map resources and fonts; these services receive standard request data including the IP address and browser information. You can instead open the map in a separate tab.
Donations and payment data
Online donations are completed on an external Monobank page. Our website does not receive or store card numbers, CVV codes or other payment credentials.
